There is a song that was written during World War 1 as an encouragement to soldier and their families.

The song reminds the listener of the sacrifices being made, both in live and time apart. It also encourages soldiers’ wives to continue to believe that their husbands were coming home, no matter how bad it looked.

Sometimes it can be difficult to live a holy and faith-filled life. When you feel discouraged, remember that God knows what you’re going through and is right there with you.

Continue steadfast in what you know is the right thing to do, and see God at work in your life, fulfilling his promise to you
